Jordan Bellazetin

Jordan is the newest member of our team, starting as a legal assistant for our paralegals in 2022 and becoming our Office Manager at the beginning of 2024. He assists Mami with payment coordination and ensures the office flows smoothly and efficiently to help as many families as possible.

Born and raised in West Valley City, Utah, Jordan’s father immigrated to Utah from Mexico, where he met Jordan’s mother. Jordan enjoys spending time with his family, especially his three niblets (two nieces and one nephew), and loves taking them to the library, movies, concerts, and parks.

Outside of work, Jordan is passionate about music, enjoys learning new topics, and finds fulfillment in helping others. He values the sense of community that working in a team can bring and is always striving to foster a collaborative environment where everyone feels supported.

Miriam Khan

Miriam Sanchez was born in Los Angeles, California. She’s lived in Mexico, CA, ID and UT. Living in different countries and states has enabled her to learn about different cultures, master communication and language skills, and enjoy the benefits of personal growth. Miriam’s parents both immigrated to the United States and encountered many discouraging attorney consultations to legalize their status. Miriam understands the importance of having a good attorney on your side. She remembers her parent’s long immigration journey finally coming to an end when they were able to naturalize when she was in High School. Miriam is highly driven and has a wonderful work ethic. We love her positive up-beat attitude and the energy she brings to the office.

Miriam enjoys spending time with her husband, who also immigrated to the United States from Afghanistan, and her children. Together they like to explore the outdoors, try new foods and restaurants, and spend the evening cooking together.

Favorite part of the job: “I love the sense of community we have with our clients. They are so happy they have found someone who they can trust and they feel confident in referring their friends and loved ones to us to help them. It feels good to make a difference in our community.”

A personal highlight for Lexi has been assisting her mother through the immigration process. She successfully helped her obtain permanent residency and is currently supporting her journey toward U.S. citizenship. This hands-on experience has provided Lexi with a deep understanding and empathy for the challenges faced by clients.

Outside of work, Lexi enjoys exploring new hobbies such as yoga and going on a hike. She also enjoys drawing, baking some sweet treats, and spending time with family, and is passionate about art.
