Government Filing Fees
Government Filing Fees
Filing fees are due at the time your application is filed with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Starting October 28, 2025, USCIS will no longer accept paper checks for filing fees.
After October 28, USCIS will accept only ACH debit transactions using Form G-1650 or credit card payments using Form G-1450.
To comply with this policy, our office will no longer issue checks on your behalf. You are responsible for providing the appropriate payment information, which will be filed with your application.
