Flexible Payment Process

We are committed to a client-centric approach that prioritizes your peace of mind as much as your legal success. By offering flexible, interest-free payment structures and modern financing options, we ensure that high-quality immigration representation remains within reach. From your initial down payment to the final approval of your case, we work with you every step of the way to ensure our services fit your family’s budget.

Initial Payment

We start working on your case as soon as we receive your initial payment. This allows us to open your file, complete a full case review, and begin the application assembly process.

Monthly Installments

After the initial payment, the remaining balance is split into manageable monthly installments. These payments continue as long as your case is active, providing you with ongoing legal support. Our payments plans are always 0% interest.

Attorney Fee Cap

We protect our clients from the financial burden of government delays. Our agreements include a “Fee Cap,” meaning that if your case takes longer than a specific timeframe, your monthly payments will stop once that total is reached, regardless of how much longer the case lasts.

Minimum Total Fee

Because of the extensive legal work required to prepare and monitor a successful filing, every case has a set minimum fee that is earned upon the final decision or approval of your case.

USCIS & Government Fees

Attorney fees and government filing fees are handled as separate transactions. To comply with current USCIS electronic processing requirements and ensure your application is not rejected, please follow these mandatory guidelines.

Preventing Rejections

Our paralegal team will use the payment authorization provided in your legal agreement to submit your application. We will provide you with a confirmation the moment it is sent. By verifying your payment details and ensuring funds are available in your account, you help us prevent costly rejections and avoid any unnecessary delays in your case.

Government Fee Payment Authorization

You must complete the Payment Authorization section within our legal agreement. This secure authorization allows the government to process your filing fee electronically using your credit card, debit card, or bank account information at the time of submission.
